Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Keystone Health Group and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be lab and specimen handling. You would join a large organisation of about 926 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
