Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (remote)

Clearpath Forge Care Services supports families and individuals in Cleveland with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on lab and specimen handling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
