Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ivory Health and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be lab and specimen handling. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
