Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (remote)

Summit Stone Care Services provides in-home and community support in Boise, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our lab and specimen handling. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
