Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (remote)

Harborlight Ivory Health Group is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on lab and specimen handling for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
