Westbrook Meridian Health is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on lab and specimen handling for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification.
