Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (Philadelphia, PA)

Stonegate Juniper Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Philadelphia, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our lab and specimen handling. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
