Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook Clear Care Services supports families and individuals in Omaha with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on lab and specimen handling. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
