Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (Minneapolis, MN)

Bright Rowan Health provides primary and specialty care in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on lab and specimen handling. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
