Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Stone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Memphis, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our lab and specimen handling. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
