Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (Madison, WI)

Stonegate Orchard Care Services is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on lab and specimen handling for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Madison. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
