Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Fern Care Services provides in-home and community support in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on lab and specimen handling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
