Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (Columbus, OH)

Highbridge Cedar Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Columbus, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our lab and specimen handling. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
