Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (Cincinnati, OH)

Rivermark Forge Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on lab and specimen handling. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
