Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Redstone Systems and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be lab and specimen handling. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Boise. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
