Medical Assistant - lab and specimen handling (Atlanta, GA)

Greenridge Stone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Atlanta, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our lab and specimen handling. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
