Medical Assistant - clinic support (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Birch Health Group and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be clinic support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
