Medical Assistant - clinic support (Toledo, OH)

Westbrook Wren Care Services supports families and individuals in Toledo with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on clinic support. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
