Medical Assistant - clinic support (Seattle, WA)

Highbridge Quill Health Group is a healthcare provider in Seattle with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on clinic support. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
