Medical Assistant - clinic support (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Wren Care Services and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be clinic support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification.
