Medical Assistant - clinic support (San Jose, CA)

Greenridge Quill Health is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on clinic support for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
