Medical Assistant - clinic support (Rochester, NY)

Greenridge Meridian Health runs clinics and patient services around Rochester, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our clinic support. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
