Medical Assistant - clinic support (Rochester, NY)

Lumen Wren Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Rochester. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on clinic support. You would join a large organisation of about 439 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
