Medical Assistant - clinic support (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wren Care Services and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be clinic support. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
