Medical Assistant - clinic support (remote)

Redstone Birch Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Sacramento. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on clinic support. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
