Medical Assistant - clinic support (remote)

Lumen Fern Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Spokane. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on clinic support. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
