Medical Assistant - clinic support (remote)

Harborlight Stone Care Services provides in-home and community support in Austin, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our clinic support. You would join a small organisation of about 96 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
