Medical Assistant - clinic support (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Rowan Health and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be clinic support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
