Medical Assistant - clinic support (remote)

Harborlight Ashton Care Services supports families and individuals in Oklahoma City with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on clinic support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
