Medical Assistant - clinic support (remote)

Ironwood Birch Care Services is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on clinic support for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
