Medical Assistant - clinic support (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Wren Care Services and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be clinic support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
