Medical Assistant - clinic support (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Lumen Quill Health and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be clinic support. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
