Medical Assistant - clinic support (Nashville, TN)

Ironwood Oak Health is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on clinic support for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
