Medical Assistant - clinic support (Jacksonville, FL)

Lumen Quill Health runs clinics and patient services around Jacksonville, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our clinic support. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
