Medical Assistant - clinic support (Indianapolis, IN)

Amberfield Umber Health Partners is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on clinic support for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
