Medical Assistant - clinic support (Grand Rapids, MI)

Lumen Clear Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Grand Rapids with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on clinic support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
