Medical Assistant - clinic support (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Harbor Health Group and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be clinic support. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
