Medical Assistant - clinic support (Detroit, MI)

Amberfield Glen Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Detroit, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our clinic support. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
