Medical Assistant - clinic support (Austin, TX)

Amberfield Harbor Care Services is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on clinic support for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
