Medical Assistant - clinic support (Atlanta, GA)

Rivermark Ashton Care Services provides in-home and community support in Atlanta. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on clinic support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
