Medical Assistant - clinic support (Anchorage, AK)

Summit Meridian Care Services supports families and individuals in Anchorage with personal care and coordination, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our clinic support. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
