Medical Assistant - clinic support (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Cross Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Albuquerque, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our clinic support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
