Marketing Coordinator - product launches (Knoxville, TN)

Harborlight Loom Pharma is a pharmaceutical services company in Knoxville with about 500 employees. We are hiring a part-time marketing coordinator to support a busy year of product and service launches. What you will do • Prepare launch calendars, briefing documents and internal communications. • Coordinate with regulatory and legal reviewers so materials are approved on time. • Track engagement and report to the marketing manager. What we are looking for • One or more years in marketing coordination. • Ability to manage many approvals at once and keep everyone updated. Part-time, about 24 hours a week, on site in Knoxville.
