Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (San Jose, CA)

Ironwood Rook Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its San Jose plant. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on partner marketing. You would join a large organisation of about 440 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Write clear copy about bindery work for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
