Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (San Jose, CA)

Westbrook Willow Staffing is a San Jose staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on partner marketing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about candidate screening for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
