Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Lantern Staffing and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner marketing. You would join a large organisation of about 632 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about candidate screening for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
