Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (Rochester, NY)

Northwind Fern Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Rochester. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on partner marketing. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Write clear copy about event logistics for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
