Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (remote)

Rivermark Vista Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Madison region, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our partner marketing. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about temp assignments for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
