Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (remote)

Ironwood Fern Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Knoxville focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our partner marketing. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about customer tickets for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
