Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (remote)

Nova Hollow Arts Center is an arts centre in Pittsburgh with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on partner marketing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about visitor services for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
